• Order information — items purchased, amounts, payment method and delivery details.
• Seller information — shop name, business and payout details (for sellers).
• Technical data — device, browser, IP and usage data collected automatically to keep the Platform secure and working.

We do not store full card numbers — card payments are processed by our payment provider.

We use your information to: create and manage your account; process orders, payments and delivery; provide customer support; verify sellers and prevent fraud; send service messages (order confirmations, receipts, account notices); improve the Platform; and meet legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to run the marketplace:

• Sellers receive the details required to fulfil and deliver your order.
