1. Transaction Services

BuyNamib.com provides electronic web-based platforms that enable buyers and sellers to exchange information and conduct transactions for products and services. Our platforms allow Members to place, accept, manage, and fulfill orders online (“Online Transactions”), subject to the terms of this Agreement.

Important: BuyNamib.com does not represent either the buyer or seller in specific transactions. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the quality, safety, lawfulness, or availability of products or services offered on the Site, the ability of sellers to complete a sale, or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.

We reserve the right to:

• Change, upgrade, modify, limit, or suspend Transaction Services or any related functionalities at any time without notice.

• Introduce new features, functionalities, or applications, which will be governed by this Agreement unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Responsibility of Buyers and Sellers

All buyers and sellers are solely responsible for:

• Setting and performing the terms of transactions conducted through BuyNamib.com.

• Terms regarding payment, returns, warranties, shipping, insurance, fees, taxes, title, licenses, permits, handling, transportation, and storage.

BuyNamib.com does not assume responsibility for any disputes between buyers and sellers.

3. Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. These items are subject to the Return Policy outlined below.

3.1 Return Policy

BuyNamib.com limits refunds to a maximum of 7 days after purchase. Vendor store return policies must fall within this 7-day window.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Goods must be purchased within the last 7 days.

• Goods must be in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

• Customized or personalized goods.

• Perishable or rapidly deteriorating goods.

• Goods unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

• Goods inseparably mixed with other items.

Only regular-priced goods are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Process:

• Customers bear the cost and risk of returning items.

• All return requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] prior to returning goods.

4. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

From time to time, our Site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders if inaccurate information is presented, even after order submission.

We are not obligated to update or clarify information except as required by law.

• We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

• We do not guarantee accuracy or reliability of results obtained from our services.

No Warranties:

• All warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quality, durability, or accuracy, are expressly disclaimed.

User Responsibility:

• Users are responsible for any damage to their computer systems or data resulting from use of our Site.

• No advice or information obtained from BuyNamib.com creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.

6. Third-Party Products & Services

The Site may feature services or products from third parties. We make no warranties regarding such products or services. Users assume all risks associated with third-party products.
